Commuter Challenge – I Signed Up, Now What?

May 3, 2010 by RI BIke

So you signed up for the 2010 Commuter Challenge, did you alter the way you commuted today?  If so, you are in the drawing for one of our weekly prizes and on your way to competing for the grand prizes at the end of the competition.

Once you are registered for the competition, make sure you log your daily commuting activity.  You will need to log into the system with the username and password you entered while registering, select the “My Commute Log” button, and fill out the appropriate information for each day you commuted.  By default, if you enter no information, the system will assume you did not commute that day.  On those days where you do commute, make sure you log your method, so you can get credit.  Remember, the more environmentally friendly your mode of commuting, self-powered methods (i.e. walking, biking, etc.) are rewarded more highly, the better your chances to win a weekly drawing or the entire competition.

Good luck!
