In my opinion, RIDOT completely dropped the ball during the I-way project by not putting in HOV lanes during the multi-million (billion?) dollar 195/95 interchange reworking. It turns out there is VERY little room available for onlookers in the house judiciary. As such, I wouldn’t recommend coming down unless you are really interested in the legislative process.
