Big error. They forget to include the cardiovascular diseases caused by automotive stress and lack of exercise, or cancer and chronic bronocitis caused by petrochemical pollution. Racing around a little faster is no blessing. They neglect to indicate that millions of jobs being lost means poorer nutrition for families, and rise in crime, particularly murders, due to lack of income in a capitalism paradigm. America already has more people incarcerated than any country on the planet. Big Oil is a big problem. They only count collision fatalities among the deaths that motoring causes. Big error. One things I've learned, when they site traffic deaths, this typically only includes those killed in automobiles as a result of an accident.
